We are a small company of close knit and trusted technicians and you will be mainly dealing with the owner, Carlos and his crew. With 11 years of combined experience, we are equipped with the knowledge to identify the problem quickly and provide you a solution. When you call us, we schedule a time to visit your home to diagnose the issue. Once we have found the problem, we provide you with a clear estimate. We offer a 1-year warranty on our work and other applicable manufacturer's warranties on systems.

Service charge for Inspection of existing equipment, and estimate on new equipment replacement options.
Service/ Diagnostic Calls
45 minutes and up • $85
Service call / diagnostic's charge to diagnose and pinpoint to given problem. Please Note: Freon/ Needed parts for repairs are NOT included.
Quick Tune-Ups
30 minutes • $60
Includes the following :
Quick inspection of system's operation between cycles
- Inspect wiring and control unit
- Inspect the condensate drain line and p-trap
- Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
- Verify suction and discharge pressure
- Clean or replace filter
- Quick rinse on outdoor condensing coil

Winter & Heater Maintenance
45 minutes and up • $80
Includes the following :
- Inspect wiring and control circuit
- Inspect blower assembly
- Visually inspect heat exchanger(s)
- Inspect venting and combustion air
- Check flame rectification and clean sensor
- Inspect for gas leaks
- Inspect safety controls
- Inspect electrical components
- Verify motor amps
- Verify correct voltage to furnace equipment
- Clean or replace media filter
- Cycle equipment to verify operation

Summer & A/C Maintenance
1 hour and up • $90
Includes the following :
- Inspect wiring and control circuit
- Inspect blower assembly
- Inspect the indoor coil
- Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
- Verify suction and discharge pressure
- Verify correct superheat or sub-cooling
- Inspect safety controls
- Inspect electrical components
- Verify motor amps
- Verify correct voltage to all pieces of equipment
- Thorough Nu-Brite chemical rinse on outdoor condensing coil
- Clean or replace media filter
- Cycle equipment to verify operation
